A traditional Hakata style pork broth ramen served in house-made thin, straight, firm biting noodles topped with green onions and a choice of pork belly, chicken breast, or tofu. • For an extra BOLD taste, we recommend that you order the Tonkotsu broths - “EXTRA RICH”.

Bacon Tonkotsu Ramen

Tonkotsu served with a spicy peppery pork broth with a hint of vinegar and pork belly topped with bamboo and corn.
